Forth Boat Tours provides cruise packages along the Firth of Forth and Three Bridges, a UNESCO World Heritage site. It has been voted Best Day Out in Scotland in the Days out with Kids Awards and Best Hidden Gem in the Remarkable Venue Awards.

The Challenge

We were approached by the team at Forth Boat Tours to help improve their organic search performance. Not reflective of this iconic Scottish tourist brand, there was a need to review the website’s UX and SEO performance 

A comprehensive set of recommendations and fixes were then fully implemented. Major improvements soon followed across all key search metrics, with massively improved web traffic and on-line revenue.

 We have since redesigned the front end of the website to greatly improve user experience and enhance conversion on site.
